Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The “NADINE NJEIM BEAUTY Flight Offer” (the “Campaign”) is promoted by NADINE NJEIM BEAUTY (“Promoter”). All bookings, customer service, and communication are provided by RIX Group AG, Diepoldsauerstr. 20, 9443 Widnau / St. Gallen, Switzerland, through its dedicated travel agent, Inspire GBR, Victoria House, 19 to 21 Ack Lane East, Bramhall, SK7 2BE, United Kingdom (“Organizer”).

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the participation of individuals (each a “Participant”) in the promotional Campaign conducted by the Organizer. By participating in this promotion, all Participants agree to abide by these Terms, which are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

2. Eligibility

This promotional offer is only open to individuals aged eighteen (18) or above, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Each Participant must possess a passport that is valid for at least six (6) months from the return date of any flight.

3. Qualifying Purchase

The promotional offer is valid only for products distributed by the Promoter (the “Promotional Products”) and purchased from www.nadinenjeim.com during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).

4. Free Flight Offer

Subject to any other restrictions in these Terms, the Organizer will offer a Free Flight voucher (the “Voucher”) to customers who are eligible and have purchased products valued at a minimum of 300 USD in one transaction, as stated on the shopping receipt/invoice.

a. Promotion Period: Purchases must be made between October 15th 2024 and January 15th 2025 (as further amended by the Promoter).

b. Application Process: All Participants must correctly apply on the landing page www.flywithNadineBeauty.com (the “Promotion Website”) after a cooling-off/return period of 30 days. The Application Period starts 30 days after the purchase date on the receipt/invoice. The claims period is 15 days. Registration is open from 30 to 45 days after the purchase (“Redemption Period”).

c. Proof of Purchase: The invoice number will serve as a unique promotion code. Participants must keep the receipt or invoice as Proof of Purchase.

d. Eligibility: Only the Participant of the Promotional Products who successfully passes the verification procedure on Promotion Website can take part and become eligible for this promotion.

5. Cancellation of Free Flight Voucher

The Participant will not be entitled to claim the Voucher if the Promotional Product is returned/exchanged to the Promoter or if no payments are made. The Participant acknowledges that any booking or free flight ticket can be cancelled at any time without liability incurred by the Organizer and the Promoter.

6. Claiming the Free Flight

a. Participants must log on to the Promotion Website using their unique promotion code (invoice number) as the login code.

b. Redemption Period: The earliest registration date is 30 days after the purchase date; the last day to register for the Voucher is 45 days after the purchase.

c. Destination Selection: The Participant must select their departure airport and choose three (3) possible destination cities from the list of destinations (see point 17).

d. Travel Date Selection: The Participant must select three (3) possible travel dates (inbound and outbound), which must be in different months and thirty (30) days apart from each other. The earliest travel date is forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of their application. The last allowed travel date is 11 months from the date of application.

e. The Promoter, via the Organizer, will offer the Participant a free flight to one of the chosen destinations on any of the three travel dates provided. The Participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route, or travel date.

7. Application Confirmation

After registering the application and successful validation of the code, the Participant will receive, within seven (7) days, a confirmation and opt-in email containing a link to complete the application.

8. Proof of Purchase Submission

The email sent by the Organizer to the Participant will contain a personalized link. Participants must log back on to the landing page and upload their proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) within sixty (60) hours of receiving the email. After successful validation of the purchase receipt, the Participant will receive a confirmation email (within a maximum of seven (7) days) to upload their travel document information.

9. Flight Voucher Form Submission

By following the link in the email, the Participant must complete the flight voucher form and upload images or scans of their travel documents/international passport images, as well as personal details of all other passengers flying along with the Participant, within sixty (60) hours of transmission of the email.

10. Flight Offer and Acceptance

After receiving all qualifying documents, the Participant will receive a flight offer by email within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the Organizer.

a. Offer Details: The free flight offers will be for one of the three chosen destinations on any of the three travel dates provided. The Participant may be offered an alternative destination or travel date to the one requested.

b. Acceptance Period: Once a specific flight offer has been received, the Participant must notify the Organizer within sixty (60) hours regarding their acceptance of the offer.

11. Issuance of Flight Ticket

Upon acceptance of the offer by the Participant, the Organizer shall issue the free flight ticket.

12. Flight Availability

Availability of the flight offered is not guaranteed until the offer is booked. The offer cannot be booked if not confirmed within sixty (60) hours.

13. Booking Finalisation

Subject to receiving confirmation from the Participant, the Organizer will contact the Participant to finalise the booking and send an e-ticket. It is the Participant’s responsibility to check the ticket details immediately and inform the Organizer within twelve (12) hours of receipt if any details are incorrect. No cancellations or changes will be accepted thereafter. The flight ticket is not transferable.

14. Companion Passengers

The Participant may add up to three (3) companion passengers to the application and enter their personal details.

15. Companion Ticket Pricing

By accepting the flight offer, the Participant may also accept the price offer for any companion passengers included in the same application and listed in the flight offer. The Participant shall pay for the companion ticket(s) with a credit card.

16. Inclusions and Exclusions of the Free Flight

The Participant will receive a flight offer by email based on their three chosen destinations and three travel dates. The Promoter will offer to Participants, via redemption of this promotion, the Participant’s carrier base fare, taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charges, and airport fees and taxes for a return flight in economy class. All other costs associated with the flight will be borne by the Participant and are excluded from the promotional offer, including but not limited to:

a. Any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare

b. Any insurance

c. Any additional fees for card payments

d. Any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrades, food and drink, visas, immigration documents, or any other additional services. The Qualifying Participant must pay for all additional services, cancellations, or alterations via a credit card in their name.

17. Available Airports and Destinations

The following airports of departure and destinations are available:


The available destinations depend on the airport of departure; not all destinations are available from all listed points of departure. The availability of flights may be limited depending on the chosen destination or travel time. The choice of carrier is at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route, or travel date.

18. Booking Availability

All flights are subject to booking availability. This promotional offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Certain periods (e.g., religious and school holidays) and specific dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs, or local holidays.

19. Voucher Usage Restrictions

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

a. Each purchase above 300 USD qualifies for one free flight.

b. Each Voucher is limited to a single use.

c. No group bookings can be made using vouchers. Free flights cannot be combined.

d. Only one Voucher can be redeemed per person booking and flight.

20. Minimum and Maximum Stay

The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days.

21. Documentation Compliance

Participants acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will result in the Participant losing the right to receive the free flight ticket without liability incurred by the Organizer and the Promoter.

22. Liability Disclaimer

The Promoter and Organizer do not accept liability for changes to flight schedules, routes, or destinations and reserve the right to use other service providers as alternatives. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster, strike or lockouts, COVID, SARS, or other epidemics or similar acts of God, or otherwise where circumstances are wholly outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.

23. Compensation Claims

The right of the Participant and any person traveling with the Participant to claim compensation is subject to carrier regulatory provisions. The Promoter and the Organizer are not liable for compensation related to failures by the carrier.

24. No Cash Alternative

No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer.

25. Non-Transferability

Codes and confirmations received during the Participant’s application process are personal and non- transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made by third parties, and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the Participant.

26. Proof of Purchase Verification

The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of purchase or sales receipts from the Participant. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to verify all claims and check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. They may refuse to award a flight or withdraw flight entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if a Participant has gained an unfair advantage or claimed using fraudulent means.

27.  Data Protection

Personal data captured during the promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of executing this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes.

28. Responsibility for Claims

The Promoter and the Organizer shall not accept any responsibility for claims that are lost, delayed, or not received by the application cut-off date. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided for claims to be processed. The Promoter and the Organizer will not be liable for any traffic congestion or internet inaccessibility.

29. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, which will be shared on the website in both Arabic and English.

30. Correspondence

All written correspondence shall be sent to the addresses shown on the Promotion Website. Participants with queries or complaints about the promotion may contact the Organizer at the corresponding address, or alternatively, call by phone or email using the contact details on the Promotion Website.

31. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary:

a. The Promoter’s sole responsibility under these Terms and Conditions is to provide a valid invoice number, which will serve as a promotional code for claiming the Voucher offered as part of the promotional Campaign. The Participant acknowledges that the provision of the Promo Code is the extent of the Promoter’s involvement.

b. All further actions related to the redemption of the Voucher, including but not limited to the booking of flights, customer support, claims, and any other matters concerning the Voucher and the booking process, shall be exclusively handled by the Organizer. The Participant agrees that once the Promo Code is provided, any and all interactions, claims, and inquiries regarding the Voucher, including booking and travel arrangements, shall be solely between the Participant and the Organizer.

c. The Promoter bears no responsibility, obligation, or liability regarding the fulfilment of the Voucher beyond providing the Promo Code. Specifically, the Promoter shall not be responsible for:

(i) Any technical issues or errors related to the Promotion Website;

(ii) The availability of flights, scheduling, or any other booking matters;

(iii) Changes, cancellations, or disruptions to travel arrangements made by the Organizer or the Participant;

(iv) Any issues related to the Participant’s travel, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or other inconveniences;

(v) Any disputes or issues arising between the Participant and the Organizer concerning the Voucher or the Participant’s travel;

(vi) Any customer service or support required after the Promo Code has been issued.

d. The Participant expressly acknowledges that the Promoter does not manage, control, or influence the redemption process or the Organizer’s services. All matters related to the redemption of the Voucher, including any terms and conditions associated with the flight booking, are exclusively governed by the Organizer’s policies, procedures, and platform.

e. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Promotion Website, systems, redemption process, and customer support channels are solely handled by the Organizer, responsible for handling all Voucher-related matters. Any concerns, issues, or disputes regarding the Voucher shall be directed to the Organizer.

f. The Participant agrees that they fully release the Promoter from any and all claims, liabilities, or obligations related to the redemption and use of the Voucher, and that all such claims shall be directed exclusively to the Organizer.

g. In the event that any information provided by the Organizer is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, the Participant agrees that the Promoter shall not be held responsible for any resulting losses or damages. The Organizer shall bear sole responsibility for ensuring that all information related to the Voucher and its redemption is accurate and up to date.

32. Acknowledgment of Terms

By participating in this Campaign and making a Qualifying Purchase, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms, specifically with respect to the Promoter’s limited role and the Organizer’s exclusive responsibility for all matters related to the redemption process.
