RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every product at Nadine Njeim Beauty is meticulously designed to shine through its quality, luxury, and incredible application. Due to the nature of beauty products and legal regulations, all beauty and cosmetic products are non-returnable or exchangeable – in order to preserve the hygiene and quality of every product.

Items delivered damaged or missing upon delivery can be refunded. To request a refund, please take a picture of the damage and share it with us at info@nadinenjeim.com, where successfully returned items will be refunded within 10 working days of the e-mail, depending on your bank's processing period. Shipping duties and taxes are not covered by Nadine Njeim Beauty. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are eligible for cancellation anytime before the order has been dispatched, where successfully canceled orders will have their refunds issued within 10 working days. To check your order status, please visit the My Orders page under My Account.
