Information collected through nadinenjeim.com (“the Website”) does not include credit/debit card details of the customers and those details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Nadine Njeim Beauty, DWC-LLC (“the Company”) complies with the privacy laws and regulations of the UAE. The Company makes no representation that this site is governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of other nations, or that the site or any part thereof is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the site (“the Users”) do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. By using this site, visitors from outside the UAE acknowledge this site is subject to the laws and regulations of the UAE, and waive any claims that may arise under their own national laws.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Personal Information

The personal information we collect may include your name, e-mail, address, phone, title, company or organization name. Users may, however, visit our Shop anonymously. We will collect Personal Identification Information (“PII”) from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except it may prevent them from engaging in certain site related activities.

 

1.1 Non Personal Information

When you visit and interact with the Website, the Company, and third parties with whom the Company has contracted to provide services to the Website may collect (“Non-PII”) Non-Personal Identification Information about Users, which may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Non-PII is anonymous and does not identify you personally. Non-PII is generally collected through the site from four different sources: Internet protocol addresses and web logs, pixel tags, cookies and other similar technologies as well as other Non-PII that you voluntarily provide.

1.3 IP Protocol Addresses/Web Logs

This site's web servers automatically collect the Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses and log files of visitors. This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many websites. In addition to the Non-PII usage of IP Addresses described above we also may link your IP address to personally identifiable information for fraud prevention purposes.

1.4 PIXEL Tags

We and our service providers may also use so-called "pixel tags" "web beacons," "clear GIFs" or similar means (collectively "Pixel Tags") in connection with some site pages and HTML-formatted email messages to track your use of the Website in order to provide you with more useful information and a more personalized experience the next time you visit. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1x1), that is ordinarily not visible to site visitors and may be associated with cookies on the visitors' hard drives. The Website is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 4.1 Payments

All payments online are secured online payments provided by Stripe (http://www.stripe.com).

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, as well as our contracted shipping companies such as DHL, Aramex…, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us.
